I received my degree in mental health counseling from Buena Vista University October 2020 and have been providing therapy in the Des Moines office.  I work with children, teens, and adults. 

 

 I feel the relationship I build with each individual is the most important part of the therapy process.  Art, play, plants, and mindfulness activities are a few of the techniques I bring to sessions.
